EASE OF ASSEMBLY SPACERS
Spacers hold the beams in position. The natural play of the wood is absorbed, so the walls always retain their original shape.
Developed in Belgium, patented worldwide.
- Made of 1045 steel.
- Galvanised to prevent rust – class 3 in EN1670.

This is the manual from A to Z that enables every technician to install it easily and quickly!
Each beam has a number, which allows you to follow the plan very easily.
METHOLOGY ASSEMBLY ON THE FLOOR PLATE
If you choose to build on a floor slab, our comprehensive manual describes exactly how to do so. It is important that the walls are sufficiently protected against rising damp by using a hardwood battens. This profile is also part of the kit as standard.
METHOLOGY GABLE ROOF STRUCTURE
Wood is a natural material, what about its shrinking and expanding?
Our gable roof structure accommodates this natural effect “seamlessly”. We consciously keep both beams at a minimum distance from each other and, even more consciously, we provide a triple seal; an aluminium profile on the ridge, a polyethylene seal against penetrating moisture and a polyurethane seal for optimal airtightness.
